Dimitris Boukouras founded his architectural practice in 1985, immediately following his graduation from the School of Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens. By that time, he had already acquired significant professional experience through his continuous collaboration with various architectural firms during the course of his studies.

From the outset, the practice undertook the design and supervision of residential projects—both private and corporate—as well as assignments in the field of industrial design, including furniture, lighting, and visual-graphic design.

Over the years, "D. BOUKOURAS & ASSOCIATES" has established a solid reputation, specializing in the hospitality and leisure sector, with an impressive portfolio of design and construction projects completed in Athens and across Greece.

Since 1994, the firm has expanded its presence to Central Greece, operating a second office in Arachova. Its activities there focus on the restoration of traditional residences, the construction of buildings with specialized requirements, and interventions in urban planning.
